How to push/deploy project on digital ocean without git clone

I have a droplet on digtalocean . I am deploying my rails app on it. I know all steps and done that on droplet. Next step is to take clone on it meanz push project to digitalocean. Is it possible to push project on remote without taking any clone or using bitbucket, github etc.

If yes then how?

  • Change user default Git in ssh
  • Commits on master not on develop
  • What causes git push to fail all of a sudden with “User was holding a relation lock for too long”?
  • git lock keeps coming back on commit rendering GIT useless
  • How to force garbage collection on a remote bitbucket repository
  • How should I stage my bitbucket + heroku django app for development and deployment?
  • git public key for more repositories
  • Changing permissions with deep Git repository-repository -tree with sub-repos and submodules?
  • Capistrano deploy fails with “Cannot read username”
  • Git server's architecture
  • Why does git insist on “Everything up-to-date” although there are two files that are not pushed
  • How to update a pull request from forked repo?
