Are there any text user interfaces (TUI/ncurses) frontends for mercurial and git?

I am looking for a TUI (text user interface) for mercurial and git?

I need a solution for both, but not necessary the same.

  • How to make git mark a deleted and a new file as a file move?
  • Git pushing into master failed…
  • git - Cost of each commit
  • MongoDB backup as text rather than binary for source control
  • With git, if I merge a branch and then delete that branch are the individual commits lost?
  • What can/should I do about this git gc error? (rm: cannot unlink pack Permission denied)
  • How can I completely remove a file from a git repository?
  • Git: How to manage a website with Git? How to use Git for a website -deployment?
  • Git : How to Create local repo with symbolic links to the Git main repo
  • Syncing code across multiple computers, with minimum effort
  • git submodule foreach: execute read
  • Cloning only a subdirectory with git

tig is the one I use once in a while. That’s for git.

You can try hgview for mercurial. The hgview-curses package is what I am using to fill the ‘tig for mercurial’ need.

Git Baby is a git and github fan, let's start git clone.
